About the Asset

1315 Gravier Street, previously known as the Warwick Hotel, has sat abandoned since 2005 after the destruction of Hurricane Katrina This is one of the last large, blighted properties in Downtown New Orleans to be acquired for redevelopment. Sitting directly across from City Hall, this property was acquired in 2019 and consists of a 12-story, 130,000 SF hotel.

Completed in December 2021, the property was converted into a 154 apartment complex with ground floor retail space, which Tulane University occupies for student housing.
